Experience & Expertise

Naana Amonoo-Neizer is a dedicated researcher with more than ten years of experience in data collection, survey development, research, analysis, and program evaluation in both local and international settings.

Naana is currently a Ph.D. student in Educational Psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Her research interests include culturally responsive evaluation and the roles and contributions of Young and Emerging Evaluators.

She has played integral roles in designing data collection strategies, developing data collection tools, managing data collection activities, and translating findings into accessible information. She has also managed research and evaluation work for federal, state, local government, and nonprofit projects.
