ABOUT ANGELICQUE
Across my career as a national STEM evaluation leader and assessment developer, I have worked at the intersection of rigorous evaluation, human-centered communication, and organizational learning. I have led national STEM evaluation initiatives, supported multi-site and multi-institutional projects representing more than $26 million in funded work, contributed to the development of research centers and leadership frameworks, and served on national and international panels that strengthen how evaluation supports institutions, communities, and professional learning ecosystems.

Used structured AI-supported review and Python-based analysis to reconcile 26 practice–policy gaps.
Co-led the AEA–CREA Leadership Roundtable and presented internationally at the Australian Evaluation Society.
My Key Priorities
Creating visual infrastructure maps, clear participation pathways, and repeatable communication to help members understand how the Association works and where they can contribute.
Using visual, interactive, and accessible communication formats to reduce cognitive barriers, increase understanding, and strengthen member engagement across every stage of participation.
Supporting Topical Interest Group leaders with practical resources, visibility, and collaboration so they can strengthen professional communities throughout the Association.
Advancing transparent governance, consensus-building, and strategic leadership while respecting established structures and leveraging the collective wisdom of our members.
