Our Competitive Proposal Enhancement Process (CPEP) begins with understanding your ideas or plans to produce high-quality programs that result in measureable impacts.

  • Conduct a cultural audit
  • Interview your staff
  • Study your organization and past programming activities
  • Work with your team to create a program logic model and customized evaluation plan
  • Indicate the appropriate level of readiness to develop a competitive proposal.
  • Determine cognitive and non-cognitive variables to measure
  • Make recommendations for producing a winning proposal
